Skills and Qualities



Exposure to branding or advertising agencies. Understanding of Meta Ads / Paid promotions. Basic design sense to brief creative teams better. Comfort in client-facing discussions. Strong grip on social media platforms, formats & trends (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube). Ability to translate business objectives into creative content plans. Good understanding of AI tools for content creation. Excellent communication (English + Hindi preferred). A natural storyteller who can think visually, socially, and strategically.

Roles & Responsibilities:



Develop monthly content strategies & campaign calendars for brands. Research industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to shape creative direction. Collaborate with content writer & video specialist to conceptualize & execute campaigns. Ideate AI-driven content ideas (image, video, motion graphics) for innovative storytelling. Work on catalogue strategy & product storytelling for multiple brands. Track campaign KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions) and refine strategies. Support client-servicing team in presenting strategies and campaign ideas.

Education Qualification:

Graduate.

Experience Required:

2-4 years of experience in digital content strategy / creative planning / campaign ideation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
