About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Creative Strategist / Creative Director who can seamlessly blend strategic thinking with creative execution. You will be responsible for leading brand strategy presentations, developing high-impact brand proposals, and providing creative direction to the team across visual, copy, and campaign development.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive brand strategy decks and creative proposals tailored to luxury and corporate brands.
Lead creative direction across all verticals visuals, copywriting, and campaign ideation.
Oversee creative operations and ensure smooth project delivery to clients.
Guide and mentor the creative team, ensuring alignment with brand goals and high-quality output.
Understand and maintain the tone and visual identity of premium, elegant, and luxury brands.
Conduct content audits, consumer behavior analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
Track performance metrics and help plan effective, data-backed creative campaigns.
Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, design, and content teams.

Requirements:
2-4 years of relevant experience in brand strategy, creative direction, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of luxury branding and corporate communication aesthetics.
Experience in campaign planning, content strategy, and performance tracking.
Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into impactful creative outputs.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Passion for storytelling, design, and brand innovation.

Preferred Background:
Prior agency experience or work with premium/luxury brands is a strong plus.
Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
