We are looking for a highly creative, strategic, and brand-focused
Creative & Social Media Growth Manager
who can grow the business organically through powerful storytelling, engaging content, and strong brand-building strategies.
This role demands someone who understands
audience psychology, visual communication, brand narrative, and organic growth strategies
, and who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping content across all major platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Direction & Brand Storytelling
Build a strong brand identity through compelling stories, concepts, and creative campaigns.
Craft narrative-driven content that builds trust, loyalty, and emotional connection with audiences.
Work closely with the design & video team to bring ideas to life through visuals, reels, videos, and graphics.
Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual identity are consistent across all channels.
2. Social Media Growth & Strategy
Develop monthly social media plans, content calendars, and storytelling sequences.
Grow the brand organically across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Analyse trends, reels formats, viral patterns, and platform behaviour to maximise reach & engagement.
Manage posting schedules, community engagement, hashtag strategies, and audience interaction.
3. Creative Production & Content Execution
Conceptualise creative ideas for reels, stories, carousels, product videos, and visual storytelling.
Develop scripts, shot lists, storyboards, and creative briefs for designers & editors.
Lead photo/video shoots for products, stories, and brand content.
Guide editors and designers to create high-quality and meaningful content.
4. Brand Building & Organic Business Growth
Build a strong brand presence through storytelling-led content.
Identify opportunities to grow the brand without paid ads--through creativity, community building, collaborations, UGC, etc.
Develop strategies for customer engagement, retention, and brand loyalty.
Work with management to align brand direction with business goals.
5. Analytics & Performance Improvement
Track KPIs across social media platforms--engagement, reach, shares, saves, and follower growth.
Analyse performance data and improve content outcomes.
Identify top-performing content types and expand them into long-term formats.
Conduct competitor research and trend analysis.
6. Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead designers, content writers, and video editors.
Manage end-to-end creative workflows -- from concept to publish.
Ensure deadlines are met and content quality is maintained.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in
creative direction, social media growth, or brand storytelling
.
Deep understanding of social media platforms and organic growth algorithms.
Strong skills in content ideation, scriptwriting, storytelling, and visual communication.
Ability to think creatively and strategically with a business-first mindset.
Experience working with creative teams (designers, editors, videographers).
Strong understanding of brand identity, user psychology, and content narratives.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of design/video editing tools (Canva, Figma, Premiere, CapCut).
Experience working with D2C or lifestyle brands.
Knowledge of viral content formulas, hooks, and storytelling frameworks.
Ability to conceptualize campaigns that drive sales & brand recall.
