As a Creative Script & Content Writer at Kshm, you'll bring our brand voice to life through engaging scripts, dialogues, and written content. From influencer collabs to in-house shoots, you'll craft stories and support creative direction that inspire, engage, and build real connections with our audience.
Key Responsiblity:
Write compelling voiceovers, dialogues, and storytelling-driven scripts aligned with our brand identity.
Collaborate with the creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure content fits audience insights and campaign goals.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all formats--digital, video, and social.
Research cultural nuances, trends, and audience behavior to create rooted, relatable stories.
Contribute ideas in brainstorms and assist in shaping campaign direction.
Work closely with video editors/creators to ensure smooth execution of scripts
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or scriptwriting (brand or agency).
Portfolio showcasing storytelling & creative direction across formats.
Excellent command over English (Hindi or regional language skills are a plus).
Ability to adapt tone/style across different platforms and audiences.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Good understanding of social media, digital-first storytelling, and influencer content.
