Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new business through networking, meetings, calls and digital outreach.
Create powerful sales pitches that highlight customer benefits, ROI and how our services solve client problems.
Understand clients' goals and propose suitable advertising, branding and marketing solutions.
Present ideas, proposals and campaign concepts in a structured and convincing manner.
Build strong long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
Achieve monthly revenue & performance targets.
Collaborate with creative, content and production teams to deliver promised results to clients.
Maintain detailed lead and follow-up records using CRM or internal systems.
Conduct competitor and market research to strengthen sales strategy.
Manage pricing, negotiations and deal closures professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in advertising / digital marketing / media sales preferred.
Strong communication, storytelling, pitching and presentation skills
