Role Overview:

As a Creative Recruiter, you'll handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles while collaborating closely with hiring managers to build high-performing creative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative and non-IT roles (Marketing, Content, Design, etc.) Understand role requirements by collaborating with hiring managers Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds Schedule interviews and collect feedback from interviewers Maintain a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the process Keep accurate and updated records using HRMS/ATS systems Assist with onboarding of selected candidates

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business, or a related field) 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR recruitment Prior experience in a digital, creative, or marketing agency is a strong advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong multitasking and organizational abilities A passion for the creative space and understanding of key industry roles
