Key Responsibilities:
Develop scripts, storyboards, and content concepts in alignment with campaign goals.
Lead and assist in video shoots, including pre-production planning, on-site coordination, and talent management.
Manage production schedules, resources, and logistics to ensure timely execution of projects.
Collaborate with designers, editors, and content teams to deliver high-quality video assets.
Support post-production processes by coordinating edits, feedback cycles, and final delivery.
Ensure smooth project execution by tracking milestones, timelines, and production requirements.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring creative ideas to life.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in video production, creative content, or multimedia projects (agency experience preferred).
Strong writing and scripting skills for content development.
Knowledge of production workflows, shoot planning, and coordination.
Basic understanding of editing processes and content formats for digital platforms.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
