What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results. A set of tasks to design and plan the implementation of visual materials such as illustrations, photography, typography, space, layouts, and color to improve the user experience.
What are we looking for? Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or Design-related field or equivalent industry experience Senior Designer: 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX field of work (people management experience will be an added advantage) Designer: 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX field of work (people management experience will be an added advantage) Jr Designer: 1+ years of professional experience in UI/UX field of work (people management experience will be an added advantage) Proven experience in delivering design concepts, user journeys, storyboards, wireframes and prototypes Exceptional communication and presentation skills oUI/UX, Graphic design, Adobe photoshop, Figma, Illustrator Create compelling visual design and interaction design Strong understanding of design systems Strong interpersonal skills Use analytics to shape design recommendations Guide/mentor fellow designers Anticipate user needs, and suggest ways for the business to address them Must be comfortable presenting to other stakeholders, hammering out ideas with them, and helping them find better ways to do things. Participate in the design team's process and decision-making including planning, prioritizing, and scheduling. Participate in concept sessions leveraging ethnographic research and design thinking. Coordinate with client and internal stakeholders for project schedules, quality requirements Stay abreast of new trends in content and technology in the video production communities and suggest new ways to implement these trends/technologies Thinks and Acts Decisively - The ability to anticipate issues and to proactively ensure that they do not materialize is required
Roles and Responsibilities: oIn this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems o Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors o In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management o You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments o The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others o You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts oSuitable candidate will be responsible in creating the visual impact on various creative outlets that team operates in today. The candidate will be part of a team of UI / UX experts who would provide inputs to enhance the look, feel and user experience in some of the following platforms: Portals, Print, iPad Apps, Video, and Email design.
