Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative Producer to lead the end-to-end execution of Zouk's creative shoots. This role will work closely with the Creative Director and Marketing team to bring brand campaigns, catalog shoots, and creative concepts to life.
The Creative Producer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and quality-controlling all shoots -- ensuring creative alignment, smooth execution, and high-quality deliverables across website, social media, performance marketing, and brand campaigns.
In addition, this role will also spearhead AI-driven creative interventions (both static and video) to enhance productivity, explore new creative possibilities, and scale content output.
The Creative Producer will manage a small in-house creative production team (photographer, stylist, editors) and collaborate with external partners such as agencies, freelance photographers, and production vendors as needed.

Celebrity-led shoots and influencer collaborations
Pre-Shoot Planning & Alignment
Translate creative direction into actionable shoot plans and schedules
Align internal teams (design, content, marketing) on shoot objectives, creative approach, and deliverables
Coordinate with photographers, stylists, talent, and vendors as needed
Manage timelines, budgets, and production logistics
On-Shoot Execution
Oversee on-set activities to ensure creative direction is maintained
Conduct quality checks on visual output (lighting, styling, framing, brand consistency)
Troubleshoot production challenges in real time
Maintain smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners
Post-Shoot Optimisation
Work with the content and design teams to finalize, edit, and optimize assets for multiple channels (catalog, social media,
ads, campaigns)
Ensure deliverables meet technical and creative standards
Build clear processes for feedback and versioning
AI-Led Creative Interventions
Experiment with AI tools for content generation, retouching, and video editing
Explore AI-based storytelling and creative workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
Stay ahead of trends in AI-driven creative production and pilot new applications for Zouk
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Brand Design to ensure consistent visual identity across channels
Work closely with the D2C Revenue Team to deliver impactful campaign and catalog content that drives sales
Collaborate with the Social Media Team to align on creative formats, trends, and engagement-led content
Who Are We Looking For?
A highly organized, detail-oriented creative professional who thrives at the intersection of creative strategy, execution, and new-age interventions like AI. You should be equally comfortable ideating on concepts, managing production logistics, leading a creative team, and ensuring flawless delivery.
Requirements:
3 to 6 years of experience in shoot production / creative production for consumer brands, agencies, or e-commerce platforms
Strong understanding of lifestyle, fashion, or D2C brand aesthetics
Proven ability to manage teams and multiple stakeholders (in-house and external)
Hands-on experience in planning and overseeing catalog, social, or campaign shoots
Interest and familiarity with AI tools for static and video content production (bonus if you've actively used them in workflows)
Excellent communication, team leadership, and project management skills
High ownership, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
