Key Responsibilities:
Client Servicing & Coordination
Act as the Level 2 CS lead for all Reventers and Brikkin accounts.
Liaise directly with client-side marketing heads and internal creative teams to ensure smooth workflow and clarity of deliverables.
Take over key accounts from primary CS L2s or Account Directors during heavy cycles, ensuring continuity and ownership of outcomes.
Creative & Strategic Ideation
Translate real estate brand briefs into creative video and influencer concepts aligned to business objectives.
Lead brainstorming sessions with editors, production, and strategy teams to conceptualize compelling campaign narratives.
Draft strategic writeups and concept notes contextualized for the real estate domain (product positioning, micromarket storytelling, influencer use-cases).
Presentation & Client Decks
Create and oversee client presentation decks , ensuring brand coherence, visual quality, and strong storytelling.
Support BD and leadership teams with concept decks, influencer proposals, and campaign recaps.
Operations & Financial Management
Maintain and update department cost sheets, including all Service Providers (SPs), Creative Partners (CPs), and Vendor Outstanding Statements.
Monitor campaign budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to allocated spends.
Track department deliverables and ensure all tasks are closed within defined TATs.
SOP Development & Implementation
Draft, refine, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for project flow, vendor coordination, and creative approvals.
Ensure SOP compliance across editors, production, and client servicing teams.
Vendor & Influencer Management
Maintain an updated classification of Camera Vendors, Influencers, Production Houses, and Partner Agencies.
Facilitate new tie-ups, negotiations, and category-based onboarding for influencers (Luxury, Lifestyle, Real Estate, NRI, etc.).
Oversee backend coordination for influencer campaigns - contracts, deliverables, payment cycles.
Strategic & Analytical Support
Support leadership with data-backed insights on campaign performance, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
Prepare monthly reports on project status, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Ownership & Leadership
Take complete ownership of backend operations, ensuring the department runs on efficiency and accountability.
Be the go-to escalation point for Reventers and Brikkin CS-related or operational bottlenecks.
Exhibit strong time management, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership maturity.

Qualifications & Experience:
4-6 years of experience inClient Servicing, Creative Strategy, or Operations within a Digital Marketing or Video Content agency.
Prior exposure to Real Estate, Luxury, or Lifestyle brands preferred.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Keynote, and Project Management tools (Asana, Monday, or ClickUp).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation acumen.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
