Job Title: Creative Producer

Job Summary:

The Creative Producer is responsible for leading the end-to-end development, production, and

delivery of creative content across multiple platforms. This role bridges creative vision and

practical execution, collaborating with writers, designers, videographers, and clients to bring

ideas to life while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead the end-to-end production process for creative projects, including conceptualization,

planning, execution, and post-production.

? Collaborate with creative teams, including designers, writers, videographers, and other

stakeholders, to develop engaging content.

? Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of

projects.

? Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.

? Oversee content quality, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.

? Identify creative trends, tools, and techniques to innovate and enhance project outcomes.

? Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and external

vendors or agencies.

? Troubleshoot production challenges and provide creative solutions.

? Present and pitch creative concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

? Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Advertising, or a related field (or

equivalent experience).

? 5+ years of experience in content production, advertising, or media.

? Strong creative vision with a solid understanding of storytelling, branding, and visual

aesthetics.

? Proven track record of managing end-to-end video or multimedia projects.

? Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced

environment.

Working Conditions:

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
