Job Description

Creative development:

Shape the storyline, define the tone and style, pitch new ideas, and oversee script and storyboard development.

Team and talent management:

Hire and manage the production team, including directors, screenwriters, and casting directors.

Project management:

Create and maintain project schedules and budgets, assign tasks, and ensure all work is completed on time and within scope.

Problem-solving:

Address and resolve creative and logistical challenges that arise during production.

Budget and finance:

Manage the budget, negotiate contracts, and secure funding for the project.

Quality assurance:

Ensure the final product meets quality standards and aligns with the project's objectives.

Creative vision:

A strong understanding of storytelling, visual arts, and the creative process.

Project management:

Expertise in managing multiple projects, tracking finances, and meeting deadlines.

Leadership and collaboration:
