Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end creative production for TV, digital, and branded content
Coordinate with writers, designers, editors, and cameramen
Manage shoot planning, schedules, and budgets
Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
Ensure quality, timelines, and creative vision are met
Oversee post-production and final deliveries
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Creative Producer or similar role
Experience handling TV or large-scale digital productions
Strong communication and project management skills
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
Understanding of content trends and audience engagement
