We're looking for a dynamic Creative Production professional to join our growing team and bring campaigns, videos, and creative ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end management of creative projects (videos, shoots, campaigns, branded content).
Oversee pre-production, production, and post-production activities.
Coordinate with videographers, editors, designers, influencers, and other stakeholders.
Develop mood boards, storyboards, shot lists, and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously.
Ensure high-quality creative output aligned with campaign objectives.
Work closely with the creative, marketing, and business teams to execute brand partnerships.
Stay updated on digital trends, pop culture, and creative formats across social media platforms.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in creative production, content creation, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of video production workflows and social media content trends.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects under tight deadlines.
Creative thinker with excellent organizational & communication skills.
Hands-on experience with shoots, editing workflows, and creative briefing.
Prior experience in a production house, agency, or digital-first media company is a plus.
Good to have:
Knowledge of editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
Network of vendors, stylists, DOPs, and freelance creatives.
Passion for pop culture, lifestyle, and Delhi city life.
