We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Creative Operations Manager
to oversee the daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across all departments of our agency. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of marketing, branding, communication, and digital platforms, along with excellent operational management and leadership skills.
He/she should be a team player and people manager -- someone who can work closely with all departments, motivate employees, and push the team to perform at their best. A strong ability to adhere to and enforce SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) is essential to maintain consistency, efficiency, and accountability across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the agency and ensure smooth coordination across all departments.
Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly SOPs to ensure consistency and accountability.
Create and manage daily checklists to track progress and performance.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support for improvement.
Track, analyze, and report on ROI, KPI, and other performance metrics.
Work closely with marketing and creative teams to align operations with brand strategy and campaign goals.
Ensure efficient resource allocation, workflow management, and project delivery.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to help improve agency operations and campaign outcomes.
Support leadership in strategic planning, growth initiatives, and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in operations management or a similar role within a marketing, advertising, or digital agency.
Strong knowledge of marketing, branding, communication, and digital platforms (social media, paid ads, SEO, etc.).
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, Google Slides, data tracking tools, and Meta.
Ability to adhere to and enforce SOPs and process workflows.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Analytical and strategic thinker with attention to detail.
Team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in operations, marketing coordination, or project management, preferably within a marketing, advertising, or digital agency.
