This role involves handling all
graphic design, video creation/editing, digital content
, and
data entry / office coordination
tasks to support the center's communication, documentation, and promotional activities.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with our therapy, admin, and management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Media Creation
Design posters, flyers, brochures, newsletters, and social media creatives for awareness programs, campaigns, and events.
Create and edit short videos, reels, and visual clips for social media and internal training.
Assist in developing infographics, presentations, and visual reports.
Maintain consistency with
brand identity
and visual standards.
Coordinate with therapists and marketing team to design educational visuals and awareness content.
Digital & Office Support
Prepare and manage data entry tasks including attendance, client information, and session logs.
Handle documentation -- letters, reports, minutes of meetings, and database organization.
Assist in updating digital records, Google Drive folders, and file organization.
Support in email communications, scheduling, and administrative tasks as assigned.
Social Media & Communication
Support content scheduling and basic caption writing for official platforms.
Collaborate with the management team to track engagement metrics and suggest improvements.
Capture photos/videos during events and maintain the visual archive.
