Position Overview:

The Creative Media Intern will support the organization's visual and digital communication efforts by producing high-quality media content across video, graphic design, social media creatives, and visual storytelling. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about multimedia production, design, and content creation--especially in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:Design & Visual Content

Create

social media graphics, posters, banners, infographics, and marketing visuals

aligned with brand guidelines. Support the development of

visual explainers

, storyboards, and presentation designs.

Video & Multimedia Production

Assist in shooting and editing

videos, reels, interviews, event coverage

, and promotional content. Work with motion graphics to create

short animations or visual transitions

.

Campaign & Social Media Support

Contribute creative ideas for

digital campaigns, outreach activities, and brand stories

. Adapt content for multiple formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, presentations, website).

Creative Operations

Manage digital asset folders, maintain visual libraries, and ensure brand consistency. Collaborate with writers, marketing team, and design staff on integrated projects. Participate in brainstorming sessions and propose innovative creative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in

Media Studies, Visual Communication, Design, Animation, Film Production, or related fields

. Basic to intermediate skills in design and media tools such as:

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects

OR equivalent tools like

Canva, Figma, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve

Good understanding of video composition, framing, and storytelling. Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sense (colors, typography, layouts). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow brand guidelines. Good communication skills and willingness to learn and take feedback.

Preferred Attributes:

Interest in technology, education, or innovation-driven content (bonus, not mandatory). Ability to convert complex or technical ideas into simple visual stories. Eagerness to experiment with creative formats--reels, motion graphics, transitions, etc. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
