Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy & Concept Development
Translate Marketing Goals into Creative Content:
Deeply understand marketing needs (e.g., ticket sales, brand awareness, new product launches) and develop high-impact creative concepts to meet those objectives.
Content Ideation:
Lead the brainstorming and development of concepts for short-form videos, static ads, social media campaigns, and user-generated content (UGC) campaigns.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay current on the latest social media platform features, trends, algorithms, and best practices across various platforms to ensure our content is always cutting-edge and relevant.
Execution & Production
Scriptwriting:
Be the primary writer for all video content, developing engaging, concise, and platform-specific scripts that drive action.
Shoot Direction:
Provide hands-on creative and technical direction during content shoots (both internal and external), ensuring the final visual and narrative style aligns with the approved concept and brand guidelines.
Creative Oversight:
Oversee the post-production process (editing, graphics, sound) to ensure the final assets are polished, effective, and optimized for maximum performance.
Quality Control:
Ensure all creative output is visually appealing, on-brand, and of the highest quality.
Social Media & Performance
UGC Strategy:
Develop and execute strategies to encourage, manage, and repurpose high-quality User-Generated Content to build community and trust.
A/B Testing:
Collaborate with the performance marketing team to design and deploy A/B tests for ad creatives, using data to inform and iterate on future creative direction.
Qualifications
Experience:
3+ years of experience in a creative marketing, content creation, or social media role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital campaigns.
Expertise in Short-Form Video:
Demonstrable track record of creating high-performing content for platforms like
Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
.
Technical Fluency:
Proven ability in
scriptwriting
for digital and social media, with a strong sense of pacing and visual storytelling.
Directing Skills:
Understanding of basic film/video production principles, including lighting, composition, camera angles, and talent direction.
Strategic Mindset:
Must be able to switch between high-level strategy and detailed, hands-on execution.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate creative vision clearly to both team members and external partners.
