Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and review the work of the creative team across web, print, digital, and video.
Spearhead brand and content strategies, integrating design, storytelling, and technology.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design campaigns, measure performance, and identify growth opportunities.
Translate business objectives into motivating creative strategies and campaigns.
Review and approve designs, copy, and campaigns to ensure alignment with brand goals.
Conduct brainstorming sessions and inspire innovative yet practical solutions.
Present creative concepts to stakeholders and obtain approvals for final deliverables.
Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
Requirements
3-6 years of experience in creative leadership within a brand, media, or agency setup.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand strategy, design, and storytelling.
Proven track record of managing and inspiring cross-functional creative teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of social media, digital platforms, and emerging marketing trends.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
Bachelor's degree in
Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field
(Master's preferred).
