We're Hiring: Marketing Manager - Jewellery Division (Vijayawada)

CB AGROS AND SHOPPINGMALLS PVT LTD is looking for a talented and motivated Marketing Manager with a passion for jewellery and an MBA in Marketing to join our growing team in Vijayawada.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies tailored for the jewellery segment Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns, including Google Ads, social media and events Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to drive brand growth Collaborate with sales, product development, and design teams for cohesive marketing efforts Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and high performance Manage marketing budgets and optimize campaign ROI
Qualifications:

MBA in Marketing (mandatory) 3 to 5 years of proven experience in jewellery or luxury retail marketing Strong expertise in digital marketing tools, especially Google Ads and social media platforms Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies Creative thinker with a passion for jewellery and luxury branding Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple projects Keywords: Digital Marketing Vendor and campaign marketing ATL and DTL Activities Online and Offline marketing
