Responsibilities



Develop and implement the

overall creative strategy

in line with organizational objectives Lead and manage

designers, content creators, videographers, and marketing teams

Oversee creation of

branding materials, advertisements, digital content, print media, and campaigns

Ensure

brand consistency

across all platforms and communications Collaborate with

marketing, sales, HR, and leadership teams

Review, approve, and refine creative work to maintain high-quality standards Manage

creative budgets, timelines, and external agencies/vendors

Track campaign performance and suggest

creative improvements

based on insights

Educational Qualification



Bachelor's degree in

Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia

, or any related field.

Experience Requirements



Minimum 10 to 13 yrs Experience in designing marketing materials, branding, social media creatives, and digital campaigns.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
