1.Proven experience leading design/creative teams in a multinational environment
2.Strong client-facing experience, especially with US/global clients
3.Solid design background with hands-on knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
4.Excellent communication and presentation skills (client & stakeholder interactions)
5.Ability to manage end-to-end creative project delivery (CTV, display, social creatives)
6.Strong team management capabilities (performance monitoring, reviews, training)
7.Proficient in data analysis and reporting using Google Sheets / MS Excel
8.Experience preparing and presenting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
9.Strong understanding of brand guidelines and quality control
