Job Brief
One of our esteemed clients is seeking a Creative Lead with a strong foundation in Visual Merchandising and in-store branding, who can shape impactful brand narratives through compelling visual strategies and seamless execution. This role requires an individual who not only leads creative thinking but also drives team productivity and design excellence across physical retail and brand experience spaces.
You will lead a multidisciplinary creative team comprising Senior Designers, Graphic Designers, Video Editors, 3D Artists, and Animators. Your core responsibility will be to guide the team from concept to completion, ensuring a strong creative vision, structured workflows, timely delivery, and rework cycles where needed, while fostering a collaborative and motivated studio environment.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Develop and oversee design direction across all projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Introduce 2 new creative approaches per quarter, integrating emerging technologies (AR/VR, AI, IoT).
Upskill at least 3 designers per year to build a high-calibre creative unit.
Conduct monthly creative strategy meetings with BD & Execution teams.
Enhance creative consultation to retain 80%+ of key clients through impactful visual storytelling.
Implement CRM-based tracking to ensure data-driven decision-making and project accountability.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Planning & Scheduling
Guide designers, ensure timely project delivery, and maintain high creative standards.
Conceptualise & deliver immersive branding and experience design aligned with client and business needs.
2. Ideation & Research
Research and integrate innovative design solutions into the company's creative portfolio.
Represent the creative team in high-value client pitches and strategic discussions.
Introduce new trends, creative processes, and experiential design opportunities every quarter.
3. Visual Storytelling & Execution
Oversee ideation, visual storytelling, prototyping, and execution for branding solutions across retail, corporate, and experiential projects.
Drive end-to-end creative development, from concept to production readiness.
4. Design Thinking Integration
Work closely with BD and Operations teams to integrate design thinking into client solutions.
Create structured frameworks for creative problem-solving and client engagement.
5. Process & CRM Management
Implement structured processes using CRM for project tracking, reporting, and accountability.
Set up dashboards and workflows for data-driven creative decision-making.
6. Leadership & Team Management
Lead, motivate, and mentor the internal creative team to foster a positive, high-performance environment.
Conduct annual skill development plans and training sessions for designers.
Ensure continuous capability building within the design function.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
8+ years of experience in branding, retail environments, advertising, or experience design.
