Essential Background:

Education & Training

Degree/Diploma in Animation/ Media Arts/ Communication or related creative fields.

Optional completed a certified 3D course (e.g., Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent).

Skills & Experience

Experience of 6 months to 1 year.

Script Writing Background: Proven ability to write compelling scripts for animation, videos, or advertising.

Strong storytelling and narrative structuring skills.

Familiarity with visual storytelling and storyboarding is a plus.

Creative Quotient & Adaptability

Ability to adapt creative ideas to different styles, audiences, and platforms.

Open-mindedness and readiness to incorporate feedback constructively.

Strong visual sense, innovative thinking, and passion for experimentation.

Bonus Skills

(preferred but not mandatory)

Basic understanding of 3D animation, 3D production pipeline, editing, or motion graphics

Experience working in collaborative creative teams.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Portfolio

Submission of a portfolio/Showreel demonstrating script writing, 3D work, and any storytelling projects.
