As a Creative Lead, you spearhead compelling digital campaigns, develop visual and written content, and guide a team of creatives to deliver innovative marketing solutions that drive engagement and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creative strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, email, and other digital platforms.
Generate original content ideas - reels, videos, blogs, ad copies, scripts, infographics, etc.
Collaborate closely with graphic designers, videographers, and marketers to ensure brand consistency and high-quality output.
Stay ahead of digital trends, audience behaviors, and platform algorithms to optimize content strategy.
Pitch creative concepts to clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
Oversee content calendars and production workflows to meet deadlines efficiently.
Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.
Skills Required:
Strong storytelling and visual communication skills
Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)
Excellent understanding of social media trends (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Copywriting, scriptwriting, and video ideation abilities
Leadership, team coordination, and creative brainstorming capabilities
