Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement creative strategies aligned with current digital marketing trends.
Coordinate and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Structure and plan creative design workflows for designers and teams.
Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to execute campaigns.
Review and approve creative outputs to ensure brand consistency and originality.
Monitor trends in design, social media, and digital marketing to keep the team ahead.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or creative environment.
Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and visual storytelling.
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Knowledge of creative tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
Languages:
Proficiency in
Malayalam, English, and Hindi
