We are seeking a highly talented and experienced

Creative Lead

to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position for professionals based in India, offering an exciting opportunity to lead visual branding and design strategy for a dynamic, fast-paced organization.As the Creative Lead, you will be responsible for

conceptualizing and executing innovative design solutions

that align with our brand's voice and marketing goals. You'll lead creative direction across all platforms--working closely with marketing, social media, and product teams to ensure cohesive and impactful visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the

creative strategy, direction, and execution

for digital campaigns, branding, and marketing collateral Manage and mentor a small team of designers and freelancers to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity across all digital and print materials Collaborate with the

social media, content, and marketing teams

to create assets for campaigns, product launches, and promotions. Work closely with web designers and developers to ensure visual consistency across web experiences. Regularly review creative trends and bring fresh ideas to the table

Required Qualifications

9+ years

of experience in creative roles, preferably in digital media, marketing, or advertising. Proven ability to

lead creative teams

and manage design projects end-to-end. Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign work, and digital design. Proficiency in design tools:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva

. Solid understanding of web design and digital user experiences. Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills. Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends is a plus. Prior experience in working with

US hours (Night Shifts)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
