Key Responsibilities

:

Develop and oversee creative concepts for diverse events, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Lead brainstorming sessions and nurture creative ideas across the team. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and designers to bring concepts to life. Stay updated on industry trends, ensuring our events remain cutting-edge and impactful. Manage and mentor the creative team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration

Requirements

:

Proven experience as a Creative Head or similar leadership role in the events industry. Strong portfolio showcasing successful event concepts and designs. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining creativity. Proficiency in design tools and software.
1. Design Execution & Visual Conceptualization

Develop visually appealing and innovative designs based on event themes and client briefs. Create mood boards, 3D renders, mock-ups, and design layouts for stages, booths, branding, props, etc. Adapt designs for different formats: print, digital, on-ground, and large-scale installations.
2. Creative Collaboration & Brief Interpretation

Work closely with the creative & Client Servicing team to understand the client's vision and brand. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original ideas. Translate abstract concepts and ideas into concrete design outputs.
3. Software Proficiency & Asset Development

Use design tools efficiently (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, SketchUp,AutoCAD, or 3Ds Max for 3D layouts). Prepare print-ready files and production specs for vendors and fabricators. Design digital assets like event invitations, social media creatives, screen visuals, and more.
4. Event Branding & Identity Creation

Create unique branding elements tailored to specific events or campaigns. Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all touch points. Design stage backdrops, standees, banners, entry arches, event signage, etc.
5. Coordination with Production & Vendors

Liaise with production teams to ensure feasibility and correct execution of designs on-ground. Make design adjustments based on fabrication limitations and venue constraints. Provide timely approvals and design updates throughout the event planning timeline.
6. Time & Task Management

Prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines. Ensure high-quality output within the time frame provided. Maintain and organize design files for quick retrieval and version tracking.
7. Innovation & Trend Research

Stay updated with trends in event design, experiential marketing, and visual storytelling. Explore and recommend use of new materials, formats, or techniques for better audience engagement.
8. Feedback Incorporation & Revisions

Accept and implement feedback from Creative Head, clients, and other stakeholders constructively. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in every iteration of the design.

3D Design & Spatial Visualization - Highly Recommended

Crucial for designers working on event spaces, stages, exhibition booths, and interactive installations.

SketchUp Simple 3D modeling for spatial planning, venue layouts, stage design Easy rendering and walkthroughs AutoCAD Precision in technical drawings and floor plans Often used in collaboration with production and fabrication teams 3Ds Max / Cinema 4D / Blender Advanced rendering and animation Great for creating photorealistic mockups and event walkthroughs V-Ray / Lumion Rendering plugins for realistic lighting, textures, and ambiance

Presentation & Pitching Tools

Essential for communicating creative ideas to clients.

Microsoft PowerPoint / Google Slides / Keynote For designing visually appealing pitch decks and concept presentations Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro (Optional but desirable) For motion graphics, teaser videos, event AVs, or animated storyboards

Digital & Web Assets (Optional Bonus)

Useful for hybrid/virtual events or digital campaigns.

Canva (basic) Quick edits and social media creatives Figma / Adobe XD Useful for designing UI/UX of microsites or event registration pages

File organization: Neat file naming and version control (crucial for team workflow) Print setup knowledge: Understanding of CMYK vs RGB, bleeds, resolution, and formats Quick adaptability: Ability to learn new tools and plug-ins based on project needs Cross-compatibility: Familiarity with file formats required by vendors (PDF, EPS, DWG, AI, PSD)
