JOB DESCRIPTION - CREATIVE HEAD



Position Overview:



The Creative Head is responsible for leading the creative team in developing, executing, and managing high-quality video content for clients. This role requires proficiency in handling cameras, shooting videos, preparing engaging content, and managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram. The Creative Head will collaborate closely with clients to ensure their vision is captured and conveyed effectively through visual media and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:



Video Production:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for various projects and clients. Operate cameras and other video equipment to capture compelling footage. Direct video shoots to ensure creative vision and project goals are met.

Client Interaction:

Travel to client locations for video shoots. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and project requirements. Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure client satisfaction.

Content Development:

Develop and prepare engaging video content that aligns with client objectives. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts. Write scripts and storyboards as needed.

Social Media Management:

Upload video content to Instagram and other social media platforms. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and reach. Maintain and manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging. Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance.

Project Management:

Oversee multiple video and social media projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines and budget constraints are met. Conduct regular project reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Quality Control:

Review and get approve for all videos and social media materials before publishing. Ensure all work meets the highest quality standards and adheres to brand guidelines.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production and social media. Encourage continuous learning and professional development within the team. Implement new tools and processes to enhance creative output and efficiency.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in video production and social media management, with a proven track record of successful projects. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video projects and social media campaigns. Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar. Excellent camera handling and technical skills. Strong knowledge of Instagram and other social media platforms. Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Willingness to travel to client locations as needed. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Work Environment:



This position requires frequent travel to client locations. Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet project deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
