We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and innovative Creative Head to lead our design and branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CorelDraw and Adobe Photoshop, along with the ability to guide a creative team, develop impactful concepts, and deliver visually compelling work across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creative team and oversee all design projects from concept to execution.
Develop visually appealing graphics, branding elements, and marketing materials using CorelDraw and Photoshop.
Work closely with marketing, product, and management teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective designs.
Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
Review, refine, and approve team members' design work.
Conceptualize fresh, original ideas for campaigns, packaging, logos, social media creatives, and promotional materials.
Manage deadlines, ensure high quality of deliverables, and optimize productivity across the design team.
Stay updated with industry trends, design innovations, and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
Strong command of CorelDraw and Adobe Photoshop is mandatory.
5+ years of experience in graphic design or creative direction.
A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, design skills, and brand experience.
Ability to lead and mentor a team.
Excellent attention to detail, time-management skills, and creative problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
