Position Overview
We are seeking an innovative and visionary Creative Head to lead the brand's creative direction across all channels. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong aesthetic sense, hands-on design expertise, and the ability to translate brand values into powerful visual and content narratives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the creative team (graphic designers, video editors, photographers, copywriters, and stylists).
Develop and execute creative strategies for product launches, brand campaigns, and digital content.
Oversee the conceptualization of visual content for social media, website, packaging, and retail branding.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and E-commerce teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Guide photo and video shoots -- from concept to final execution.
Maintain the brand's tone, voice, and visual identity across platforms.
Evaluate creative trends in beauty and fashion industries to keep Flicka ahead of the curve.
Present and pitch creative concepts to management and external partners.
Manage creative budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or related field.
7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role (preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Strong understanding of brand identity, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to balance creativity with commercial strategy.
