Job Title: Creative Head (Fresher-Friendly / Mass Media Background)

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and creative individual to join as a Creative Head. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers from Mass Media, Media Studies, or related fields who want to lead creative projects, work hands-on with content creation, and develop their skills in a fast-growing creative environment. The ideal candidate will manage shoots, create content, design visuals, and occasionally appear on camera.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist and support in planning and executing video shoots.

Create engaging visual content like thumbnails, social media posts, and digital campaigns.

Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to develop content ideas and strategies.

Learn and execute editing, graphics, and design using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.

Occasionally face the camera for brand videos, vlogs, or promotional content.

Maintain brand consistency in visuals, tone, and messaging.

Keep up with the latest social media trends and creative techniques.

Requirements:

Freshers with a Bachelor's degree in Mass Media, Media Studies, Communication, or related fields.

Passion for content creation, design, and storytelling.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced creative environment.

Comfortable working in front of the camera when needed.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Photography or videography basics.

Strong social media awareness and creative thinking.
