Lead ideation, concept development, and execution for campaigns, branding, product, digital, and experiential initiatives.
Ensure all creative work maintains high standards of quality, innovation, and brand alignment.
Team Management
Manage, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team including designers, copywriters, art directors, and content creators.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance creative culture.
Strategic Contribution
Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to align creative strategies with business objectives.
Translate marketing strategies into innovative campaigns that drive engagement and results.
Project Oversight
Supervise the end-to-end creative process--from briefing to final execution--across all media (print, digital, video, social, etc.).
Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient workflow.
Brand Stewardship
Maintain and evolve brand identity and voice across all touchpoints.
Conduct regular audits to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual presentation.
Key Requirements
Experience:
8-15 years in a creative role with at least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity.
Industry Background:
E.g., Advertising, Digital Marketing, Media, Fashion, FMCG, etc.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Portfolio:
A strong portfolio showcasing a breadth of creative work across various media and platforms
