This role involves overseeing all creative projects to ensure alignment with the brand's vision while delivering high-quality content across platforms. The Creative Head will blend creativity, leadership, and strategic thinking to inspire the team and elevate the brand's creative output.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Leadership
Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative team, including designers, copywriters, videographers, social media managers, and other creative professionals.
Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to drive creativity and excellence.
Define the creative vision for all brand campaigns and social media initiatives.
2. Strategy & Planning
Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to design creative strategies aligned with business goals, with a focus on social media marketing.
Oversee the conceptualization and execution of campaigns tailored to target audiences across platforms.
Integrate innovative ideas and industry trends, particularly in social media, into the brand's creative strategy.
3. Project Management
Supervise multiple creative projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Review and approve creative deliverables, ensuring adherence to brand messaging and visual identity across platforms.
4. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to address their needs and deliver compelling creative solutions, including social media strategies.
Present creative concepts, incorporating feedback into final executions.
5. Quality Control
Maintain high standards for all creative outputs, including social media content.
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and industry best practices.
6. Budget & Resource Management
Manage the creative department's budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Identify and coordinate with external vendors or freelancers for specialized creative or social media projects.
7. Social Media Marketing
Develop and implement social media strategies that amplify brand presence and engagement.
Oversee the creation of high-impact social media content, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and objectives.
Monitor social media analytics and trends to refine content and campaigns.
