Key Responsibilities
Lead and guide graphic designers and video editors in producing high-quality creative work.
Provide fresh and innovative ideas for posters, videos, social media content, and branding materials.
Suggest and approve design concepts, layouts, and video storyboards to ensure brand consistency.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns.
Oversee all creative projects from concept to final execution.
Stay updated on design and video trends to bring new ideas to the team.
Manage timelines and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience
in a creative leadership or senior creative role.
Strong portfolio showcasing design direction and creative concepts.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and marketing principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
