Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and oversee creative strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional media channels.
- Lead and mentor a talented team of designers, videographers, and other creative professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative output with business objectives.
- Ensure all creative content adheres to brand guidelines and meets quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends to introduce innovative ideas that drive audience engagement.
- Manage the creative budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize outputs.
- Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the team to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Oversee the production of promotional videos, advertisements, and multimedia content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
