Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the entire creative team (designers, content creators, video editors, etc.). Conceptualize and execute innovative design strategies for brand campaigns, digital platforms, and marketing materials. Provide creative direction and ensure design consistency across all channels. Collaborate with the marketing, development, and product teams for cross-functional projects. Review and provide constructive feedback on designs, layouts, and creatives. Manage multiple projects, timelines, and team productivity efficiently. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Oversee the visual branding and identity of the company and client projects. Present creative ideas and pitches to stakeholders or clients when necessary. Ensure quality control and adherence to brand guidelines in all outputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in graphic design and creative direction roles. Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and digital work. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.) Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Knowledge of UI/UX principles and video/motion graphics is a plus.
