We are looking for a visionary and strategic Creative Head to lead our content and brand initiatives across social media and public platforms. This role demands a creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital trends, team leadership, and content-driven growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Brand Strategy:
Develop and execute effective content strategies aligned with brand goals.
Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and style across all content.
Social Media Leadership (70% Focus):
Oversee social media planning, content creation, and execution across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Drive follower growth, engagement, and brand visibility through innovative campaigns.
Stay ahead of evolving social media trends and implement relevant ideas.
Product & Campaign Management:
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to launch campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
Ensure timely rollout and tracking of digital campaigns.
Public Relations & Outreach:
Manage PR initiatives and collaborations to enhance brand reputation.
Liaise with influencers, media outlets, and event platforms.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor the creative and content team.
Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar creative/brand/content head role.
Strong portfolio showcasing social media growth and strategic campaigns.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Up-to-date with the latest trends in digital media, tools, and content formats.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
