We're looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Social Media Manager to manage content workflows, coordinate across international teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content. This role sits at the intersection of production, post-production, and digital content.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage project coordination and social media workflows, including creating and maintaining content scheduling tables.
Coordinate with editors and post-production teams in India and Canada to ensure timelines are met.
Act as the point of contact for script coordination for Closed Caption (CC) projects for Canadian TV shows.
Coordinate between the AVID editorial team in Canada and Assistant Editors in India.
Take creative calls, review outputs, and QC content before delivery.
Oversee day-to-day workflows, track progress, and ensure smooth communication across teams.
Support team management by aligning tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
What We're Looking For-
Strong project coordination and communication skills.
Understanding of production and post-production workflows.
Ability to manage multiple timelines across time zones.
Good creative judgment and attention to detail.
Experience with social media content planning is a plus.
