Job Overview

We are looking for a Creative Head to lead our team and drive our creative vision. As the Creative Head, you will be responsible for managing and providing creative direction to our design team. You will collaborate with various departments to develop innovative design concepts and lead the execution of creative projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Previous experience (1-3 years) in a similar role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
• Strong artistic and creative skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and cultural aesthetics.
• Experience in digital marketing and social media is a plus.

• Lead and manage our design team, providing creative direction and guidance.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop innovative design concepts that align with our brand image and target audience.
• Create and execute compelling visual assets, including but not limited to product catalogs, marketing collaterals, website designs, and social media graphics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis to ensure our designs are cutting-edge and outperform the competition.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of design projects.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to team members to foster their growth and creative development.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure design assets are aligned with our brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers, as needed, to enhance the creative capabilities of the team.
• Stay up to date with the latest design software and tools to optimize the design process.
