Job Title: Creative Head \xe2\x80\x93 Art Director The Creative Head is a dynamic and visionary leader responsible for driving the creative direction and strategy of the organization. This role involves overseeing and guiding the creative team in developing innovative and impactful ideas, designs, and concepts that align with the organization\'s goals and brand identity. The Creative Head plays a crucial role in inspiring, mentoring, and managing the creative team while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects. Job Location: Laxmi Plaza, 530, New Link Road, Laxmi Industrial Estate, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400053 Key Responsibilities -Develop and articulate a clear creative vision and strategy that aligns with the company\'s objectives and brand identity. -Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, writers and other creative professionals. -Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages idea-sharing and growth. -Drive brainstorming sessions and guide the creative team in generating fresh and original ideas for campaigns, projects, and initiatives. -Independently able to conceptualize the entire Creative Design. -Responsible for the entire Creative Aspects (Brochures) -Responsible for the Ideation to the Visualization of the Art work. -Responsible for the Graphic Design Operations. -Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop. -Ability to promote the \xe2\x80\x9cACE\xe2\x80\x9d Brand. -Should be able to handle Brand Placements through both offline and online mediums. Desired Candidate Profile: -Proven experience of 10-15 years in a creative leadership role, showcasing successful management of creative teams and projects - Proficiency in relevant creative tools like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AD Creatives -Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. -Ability to lead a team - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - The role of a Creative Head requires a strategic thinker who can balance artistic innovation with business objectives, inspire a team to deliver exceptional work, and contribute to the overall success and growth of the organization through creative excellence.
