Oversee the creation of high-quality visual assets, including branding, campaign creatives, digital content, advertisements, and marketing materials.
Develop strong creative concepts that align with business goals and brand guidelines.
Collaborate closely with marketing, strategy, and business teams to execute impactful campaigns.
Provide creative direction for photoshoots, videos, branding projects, and digital initiatives.
Ensure consistency of brand identity across platforms.
Stay ahead of industry trends, creative technologies, and emerging design practices.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality.
Mentor and upskill the creative team, fostering innovation and creativity. Requirements
5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role (Agency experience preferred).
Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in branding, digital campaigns, and creative strategy.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, typography, and visual communication.
Ability to convert ideas into visually compelling concepts.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Strong project management and time management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
