To be successful in this position, you should be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail. Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
- Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery.
- Action oriented with ability to prioritise and drive results.
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
- Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Review junior designers\' work to ensure high quality.
- Capable of working within a fast-paced work environment and work on multiple projects at one time.
- Highly motivated,self-driven, and able to work independently as well as with the team.
- Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Attention to detailing and ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
- Liaise with printers and other vendors and to supervise the job till final execution.
- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
- Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
- Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
- Communicating with clients about layout and design.
- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in graphic design or related field.
- Experience of 6- 8 Years as a graphic designer or in related field
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Coral, Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
- A strong eye for visual composition.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- Experience with computer-aided design.
- Day shift
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- 2D design: 6 years (Preferred)
