You will work closely with our marketing, branding, and product teams to conceptualize and execute designs efficiently and at scale, using AI to enhance speed, consistency, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
Design compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for web, social media, branding, advertisements, and presentations.
Utilize AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, DALLE, Midjourney, Canva AI, Runway ML) to streamline ideation, image generation, and content variation.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm visual concepts and execute them using a mix of manual and AI-assisted methods.
Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with AI-generated designs and new visual trends.
Create and edit short videos and animations using AI video tools (e.g., Runway ML, Pika Labs) when required.
Stay updated on the latest AI tools and design trends, and recommend improvements for creative processes.
Optimize designs for various formats: mobile, desktop, print, and social media.
Organize and manage a library of AI-generated assets and templates for reuse.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
2+ years of experience as a graphic designer (freelance or agency experience acceptable).
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Experience working with AI design tools such as:
Adobe Firefly
Midjourney / DALLE / Stable Diffusion
Canva Magic Design
Runway ML (for video and effects)
Ability to turn briefs into stunning visual content with speed and precision.
Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and design trends.
Knowledge of Figma is a plus.
Familiarity with generative AI principles, image prompts, and prompt engineering basics is an advantage.
