We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer & Video Editor

who can bring ideas to life through strong visual storytelling. The ideal candidate understands brand communication and current social media trends and has the ability to conceptualize and execute compelling designs and videos. Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation, including prompt-based video generation, is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative visual concepts and produce high-quality graphics for social media, websites, campaigns, and branding. Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos using strong storytelling, pacing, and visuals. Create AI-generated videos and assets by crafting effective prompts for tools like Runway, Midjourney, Pika, or similar platforms. Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all design outputs. Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, and platform-specific best practices (Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.). Translate ideas, scripts, and briefs into impactful visual content. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, brand identity, and content strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a graphic designer and video editor with a strong creative portfolio. Excellent command of storytelling, composition, typography, and color theory. Proficiency with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar. Experience with AI-based content creation (video/image generation) and prompt writing. Strong understanding of branding principles and visual communication. Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and content formats. Ability to brainstorm and execute ideas independently as well as in a team. Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Preferred:

Experience in creating reels, ads, and campaign creatives for D2C/e-commerce brands. Familiarity with motion graphics. Knowledge of UI/UX basics is a bonus.

Pay: ₹10,114.20 - ₹17,000.00 per month
