About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Creative Director with 2-6 years of experience who can lead visual thinking, guide designers, and deliver high-quality creative work across digital platforms. This role requires someone who can balance creative ideation with execution, ensuring all outputs align with brand goals, timelines, and quality standards.
You will work closely with design, motion, content, and marketing teams to shape compelling brand stories and campaign visuals.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Creative Ownership
Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all creative outputs.
Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, objectives, and campaign goals.
Creative Strategy & Ideation
Translate marketing and business requirements into strong visual concepts.
Define creative direction for campaigns, social media, digital assets, and brand content.
Contribute actively to brainstorming and creative planning sessions.
Awareness of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, or similar creative AI tools
Design Leadership & Execution
Lead the creation of designs across static and motion formats including social media creatives, campaigns, presentations, infographics, and videos.
Guide junior designers and motion artists through feedback and direction.
Ensure high-quality output across all deliverables.
Collaboration
Work closely with copywriters, marketers, account managers, and clients to deliver integrated campaigns.
Coordinate with production teams during shoots, recordings, and creative reviews.
Quality Control
Review all creative outputs for accuracy, aesthetics, motion quality, and brand adherence.
Ensure final deliverables meet creative and technical standards.
Innovation & Trends
Stay updated with design, motion, and digital trends.
Introduce new ideas, formats, and tools to improve creative quality and efficiency.
Time & Task Management
Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting timelines.
Follow internal SOPs and creative processes for smooth delivery.
Required Skills & QualificationsExperience
2-6 years of experience in creative design, visual communication, or motion design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign work, branding, and storytelling.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Working knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation.
Understanding of UI/UX and digital design principles is a plus.
Creative & Soft Skills
Strong visual sense, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience.
