About the Role



We are seeking a

dynamic and visionary Creative Director

to lead our multi-disciplinary creative and digital teams. This role is central to shaping innovative campaigns, digital experiences, and brand stories that connect across

web, print, social media, video, and digital platforms

.

As the Creative Director, you'll drive the creative strategy for a diverse portfolio of clients, collaborate closely with design, development, and marketing teams, and ensure that every piece of work -- from websites and apps to campaigns and reels -- reflects both

creative excellence and business impact

.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Vision & Direction



? Define and lead the overall creative direction for campaigns, digital products, and brand experiences.

? Oversee creative development across

web design, app interfaces, print collateral, digital ads, social media content, videos, and reels

.

? Translate client objectives and marketing strategies into powerful, cohesive creative concepts.

? Maintain brand consistency across all channels and ensure high creative standards.

Digital & Studio Oversight



? Supervise the

in-house creative studio

, ensuring smooth coordination between design, video, and development teams.

? Work closely with the

UI/UX and development teams

to ensure creative vision aligns with functionality and user experience goals.

? Drive innovation in digital storytelling, interactive design, and emerging creative technologies.

Client Engagement & Business Growth



? Lead

client pitches and presentations

, showcasing creative ideas and strategic thinking with clarity and confidence.

? Build strong, lasting client relationships through creative excellence, reliability, and proactive collaboration.

? Partner with account and business development teams to shape proposals, win pitches, and grow client accounts.

Team Leadership & Development



? Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, video editors, and digital artists.

? Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, accountability, and growth within the team.

? Provide training, constructive feedback, and direction to help the team achieve creative and professional excellence.

Project & Time Management



? Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

? Coordinate effectively with internal teams -- including strategy, production, and tech -- for seamless execution.

? Implement efficient workflows and review processes to optimize productivity and output quality.

Innovation & Trend Awareness



? Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and technologies -- from AI in design to social media content formats.

? Encourage the team to explore new creative approaches and experiment with innovative ideas.

? Champion modern formats like

reels, motion graphics, interactive media, and immersive web experiences

.

Required Skills & Qualifications



? Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.

? 8-12 years of experience in a creative or digital design role, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity.

? Proven experience in

digital marketing agencies or creative studios

.

? Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across

web design, social media, video, and brand campaigns

.

? Excellent

communication, presentation, and client interaction skills

.

? Proficient in design and creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, etc.).

? Strong understanding of

UI/UX principles, brand identity, and digital storytelling

.

? Exceptional

time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities

.
