The ideal candidate will be a master of the creative process, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. You will be the central point of contact for our creative projects, seamlessly coordinating between our designers, copywriters, and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Management: Oversee all creative projects from concept to completion, managing the entire design lifecycle to ensure a smooth and predictable process.

Team Coordination: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and support to foster a collaborative environment.

Client Satisfaction: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, goals, and requirements, ensuring the final product not only meets but exceeds their expectations.

Quality Assurance: Review and approve all creative work, ensuring it is free of errors, aligns with project briefs, and maintains a high standard of quality.

Workflow Optimization: Develop and implement efficient workflows to streamline project delivery, manage timelines effectively, and enhance team productivity.

Communication: Act as the primary liaison between the design team, project managers, and clients to ensure clear and consistent communication at all stages.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in a creative leadership role (e.g., Senior Designer, Art Director, Creative Lead).

A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of successful creative and design projects.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
