What You'll Do

Lead & Inspire

: Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team (designers, writers, video editors, strategists, etc.).

: Define and maintain brand identity, tone, and creative direction across all channels.

Develop Campaigns

: Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns for digital, print, social media, events, and multimedia platforms.

Collaborate

: Partner with marketing, product, and business teams to turn strategy into compelling creative concepts.

Innovate

: Stay ahead of design, digital, and cultural trends to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Ensure Quality

: Review, refine, and approve creative output to ensure consistency and excellence.

Engage Stakeholders

: Present storyboards, campaigns, and ideas to leadership and clients for feedback and approval.
