About the Role:
We are seeking a
visionary and detail-oriented Creative Director
to lead the creative development of our fine jewelry brand across
Amazon and our DTC website
. This role is responsible for defining and executing a cohesive and elevated brand presence across both platforms--ensuring every visual touchpoint, from product imagery to lifestyle content, reflects luxury, craftsmanship, and consistency.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a sharp eye for detail, a strong ownership mentality, and deep experience in developing high-performance content for e-commerce brands within structured workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
? Define and lead the
visual and creative direction
of the MAX + STONE brand across both
Amazon and the DTC website
, ensuring a consistent and premium aesthetic.
? Set the vision for
photography and graphic design teams
, overseeing product photography, model and lifestyle shoots, Amazon Storefront design, and website content creation.
? Develop detailed
creative briefs, shot lists, and brand guidelines
that communicate product craftsmanship, materials, and key selling points effectively.
? Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and product teams to bring creative concepts to life across
product pages, homepage banners, PDP imagery, and digital campaigns
.
? Review and
quality-check all creative assets
to ensure alignment with brand standards, platform requirements, and visual storytelling principles.
? Partner with the Product, Business Analytics, and Strategy teams to ensure every SKU is represented accurately and compellingly on both Amazon and DTC platforms.
? Use
performance data (CTR, CVR, engagement metrics, heat maps)
and
competitive analysis
to optimize visuals for conversion and engagement.
? Own and refine the
creative workflow
to ensure efficiency, consistency, and timely delivery of high-quality content across platforms.
Qualifications:
? 4-5+ years of experience in a senior creative or art direction role--preferably within
luxury, fashion, or e-commerce (Amazon and/or DTC)
categories.
? Proven expertise in
visual storytelling, brand identity, and art direction
.
? Deep understanding of
Amazon content strategy
, including listing images, A+ content, and Storefronts, along with familiarity with
Shopify or other DTC platforms
.
? Strong
leadership, communication, and project management
skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and external creative partners.
? Demonstrated ability to take
full ownership
of creative deliverables from concept to execution.
? Exceptional
eye for detail, composition, and luxury aesthetics
.
? Highly organized and deadline-driven, with the ability to
set up scalable creative processes
.
? Basic understanding of
graphic design principles and tools
to collaborate effectively with designers.
? Comfortable working in a
fast-paced, feedback-driven environment
focused on measurable outcomes.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
